The 5th grade Junior Girl Scouts from troop 61810 earned their Bronze Award on 3/16 with a Hawaiian-themed event at the Twin Pines Senior Center. The audience was fully engaged and very appreciative. The girls were very pleasant and helpful to the seniors. They helped the seniors with their plates, performed a dance, taught it to the seniors, and played Aloha Bingo. Most of all, they were generous with their attention and smiles, and were beautiful inside and out. In preparation for this event, they spent many hours planning the event to the last detail, and rehearsing their performance. All their hard work paid off, they were a hit!
